We are pleased to welcome Jordan to the Eurogroup team as our newly appointed Head of Global Moving Services! With a strong family heritage in the removals industry and extensive international experience, Jordan brings a wealth of knowledge, energy, and a fresh perspective to the team.

In this new role, Jordan will be responsible for expanding Eurogroup’s global footprint in the private international and European moving market and developing our trade services alongside Simone, our Partner Relations and Development Manager.

From Family Roots to Industry Leadership

Jordan’s journey in the moving industry began early. Born into a moving family, his uncle Richard Neave founded Britannia Neaves, one of the founding members of the Britannia Groups, and both of his parents have long-standing careers in the industry. Growing up, relocation was part of daily life, with time spent in and around depots, trucks, and offices from an early age.

His professional experience began at Abels Moving Services, where he worked as a summer porter during university breaks. After three years in that hands-on role, Jordan transitioned into an office-based sales position before embarking on a global career.

Jordan joined Crown Relocations, working in Dubai and Doha before returning to Abels in the UK. There, he progressed from Relocation Consultant to Senior Consultant and then into the role of International Sales and Development Manager, where he managed relocation teams, delivered training programmes, and led initiatives across private and trade services.

“I’ve always had a connection to this industry, but it’s the human side of it that keeps me engaged, helping people navigate major life changes with care, clarity, and professionalism.”

Joining Eurogroup

As head of global services, Jordan will be focused on developing Eurogroup’s position in the international and European moving market, building relationships with clients and trade partners, and enhancing service offering to meet the needs of today’s global mobility landscape.

“Eurogroup has a long-standing reputation and a strong foundation. My goal is to build on that by driving innovation, strengthening our network, and ensuring we’re seen as a top-tier, client-focused mover on the international stage.”

Global perspective and living around the world

A life on the move has shaped Jordan’s global outlook. Born in Bury St Edmunds, he relocated to Prague at the age of two, where his father joined Allied Pickfords. The family later moved to Madrid, where his father continued with Allied International and then Crown Relocations. Jordan returned to the UK at 16, finishing school before studying languages at St Andrews University, becoming fluent in French, Spanish, and Italian.

After university, he worked with Crown Relocations in Dubai and Doha, before taking what was meant to be a short ski season in Italy. There, he worked as a medical translator, became a qualified ski instructor, and met his now-wife. One season turned into four, including a winter in Australia. They returned to the UK during COVID and Brexit, but still go back each winter to instruct in the same region where they met.

“I’ve had the privilege of living and working in a range of countries, it’s given me a real appreciation for what our clients go through when relocating across borders.”

Life outside the office

Away from work, Jordan enjoys cooking, building LEGO, and swimming in the sea. He and his wife return to Italy each winter for a few weeks of ski instructing, reconnecting with a place they both consider a second home.

Looking ahead to 2025, his goal is simple:

To reconnect with what I love about the industry, catch up with old friends and colleagues around the world, and help deliver a world-class service for our customers
