How our Shipping Service to America works:
Our virtual survey service will help our team of removers evaluate the best way to transport your belongings. You can choose from two methods of transport when shipping your items from the UK to America.
Sea Freight
Shared Container:
This is where you pay for the space you use. These shipments can take slightly longer as they will remain in the UK until they are full. They are, however, a great option for those on a budget.
Full Container:
This consists of a full container for whatever you would like. This is a great option if you are shipping your whole house and your vehicle.
Air Freight
America by plane is the quickest of all options; but it is also the most expensive. If you are moving to a remote or landlocked destination, removal by plane is likely to be the best option.
What happens upon arrival
Once your belongings arrive in America, our partners will collect your belongings and redeliver them to your property on the scheduled date. If you don’t have access to your property yet, we can store them in one of our partner’s storage facilities. Once ready, we will deliver and unpack your belongings in your new home! Your allocated Move Manager will keep you updated on shipping times, the location of your belongings and their estimated arrival times. Timings can vary depending on your chosen method of transport, State and current economic affairs.
