Frequently Asked Questions
How do I prepare my pet for international shipping?
At Eurogroup, the most common pets we ship internationally are horses, dogs and cats.
Though they all have different specific requirements that also change depending on the country, there are several things you will need to do with any pet to prepare for international shipping.
- Book a vet appointment
- Ensure all pet vaccinations are up-to-date
- Apply for an international pet passport
- Choose a pet shipping method and travel options
- Research insurance for your pet travel

Does my pet need to be quarantined before or after international shipping?
Providing documents that confirm up-to-date vaccines for your pet, valid pet passports, and an AHC (Animal Halth Certificiate) can help to reduce or prevent quarantine time.
Quarantine from the UK to the following (provided you have above documents):
- Europe: No quarantine
- America: No quarantine
- Australia: 30 day quarantine
- Canada: No quarantine
- Singapore: No quarantine (for dogs)
